Contract terms:
1. No killing defenceless women or children (non negotiable) 2. No destroying civilian buildings (negotiable) 3. No suicidal missions (negotiable) 4. No being used as a whore or concubine (non negotiable) 5. No grave robbing (negotiable) 6. All reasonable requests/orders will be fulfilled to the best of my abilities. 7. Both sides will keep any and all personal and financial info (plus any other information, decided between parties) confidential.
Payment: Payment will be made on a weekly basis. Payment must be at least fifty silver if living and maintenance costs are not covered. Payment must be at least twenty five silvers if all Employee's costs are covered this includes; food, water, lodging, medical treatment, property maintenance/repairs/replacements, travel. Payment must be at least one gold for term 2 (see above) to be considered. Payment must be three gold for term 5 (see above) to be considered. Payment must be five gold for term 3 (see above) to be considered.
Rights: Both parties have the right to terminate the contract with three days notice. Employer has the right to change payment plan with one weeks notice (terms will need to be re-negotiated). Employee has the right to refuse orders with sufficient reason. Employee has the right to withhold personal information with the exception of; name, age, place of birth.
Responsibilities and obligations: The Employer is not responsible for injuries and damages sustained by the Employee during combat and thus is not obligated to pay for treatment/repairs/replacements (unless on the twenty five silver payment plan. The Employee is not responsible for damages to the Employers propity and thus is not obligated to pay for repairs/replacements. Both parties are obligated to follow all terms laid out in this contract, failure to do so can see contract terminated immediately and criminal charges being filed.
